Ally has been practicing yoga since 2019 and received her 200-hour certification from Highland Yoga.

Movement and fitness have been a cornerstone of my life, shaping both my physical and mental well-being. From playing tennis and dancing since I was young to joining recreational teams in college, staying active has always been a source of joy and connection. Whether it’s fun group workouts with friends or solo strength training sessions, fitness continues to empower me, keeping me strong and balanced in every aspect of life.

Body positivity means embracing and celebrating my body for all it can do, rather than focusing on how it looks. It's about honoring my strength, movement, and progress while showing kindness and gratitude to myself every step of the way.
